 Your uniform design is
generated by computer and sent to you for approval, then you can recommend
any changes needed before final production begins.

 Once you approve the
design we output your print onto screens. The mechtron will
computer generate the screens with your design and prepare it for
the printing stage.

 The Silk screens are
carefully washed out to create the
printing stencil.
|
|
 Your screens are placed
in the printing presses, loaded with the sublimation dye and transferred
to the paper.
We use state-of-the-art
printing presses to assure a quality product.

 The individual panels are then "sublimated" with
your particular design.
We conduct specific inspections of your
printed uniform panels.

 Your finished uniforms are sewn and
inspected and then readied for shipping.
